Lifestyle boutique hotel The Collector is a basecamp for travelers. For the curious minds and explorers who use their senses to gather experiences and share their stories. Whether they are objects, stories or experiences: we all collect. And we want to share our collection. Take a look at the wonderful architecture mix of our courtyard with monumental facades, the eclectic design of our rooms, our collection of high and low-brow art, our specialty coffee and snacks - together they form a fascinating collection that represents who we are.

We are looking for an early bird who is motivated to ensure the greatest start of the day for our guests as a Breakfast Chef - PT in the weekends.

Hospitality is part of who you are
You are a morning person whose culinary juices start flowing at 6:30 AM
You are responsible for preparing tasteful dishes with great passion and undeniable creativity
You will be operating and contributing to an environment in which new and delicious combinations of tastes are assembled
You are responsible for ensuring that deliveries and orders are coming and going as needed

Your Day

Who we’re looking for to add to our collection
You are service minded personality with a strong sense of responsibility

You are team player who also enjoys working independently
You are available to work during weekends

You are

Your papers tell the rest

You have at least 1-year experience within a kitchen team
You have knowledge of all latest HACCP and safety procedures
You are fluent in English or Dutch. Any other languages that you might have stumbled upon along the way are much appreciate
Your basecamp is within the region of The Hague
